In the event that Corbital have obtained a judgment to secure your debt and the debtor is failing to pay as per the order from the courts we are able to turn to our enforcement team for assistance.

Our regulated and authorised enforcement team are able to visit your debtor at residential and commercial properties. It is seen to be a highly effective option when collecting outstanding debts.

The team is made up of both High Court Enforcement Officers and Certificated Enforcement Agents.

Upon enforcement being successful in the recovery of our clients debt the cost to our client is free as the costs are collected from the debtor.
